One of the most important things when it comes to fitness is clean eating. Eating healthy not only promotes weight loss, it fuels our body and makes us feel awesome.

But when it comes to cooking, I’m probably the laziest person ever. Either I’m famished and cannot be patient with the cooking process or simply don’t want to make a trip to the grocery. Luckily, there are meal preps! Meal prepping saves so much time and I don’t have to cook multiple times a day (or even a week!). I can pop a meal into the microwave, wash up, and enjoy it in minutes. Plus, some of these recipes don’t even require reheating. Count me in!
